At first glance, a butterfly garden. Look closer — something else is watching.

A raised butterfly, adorned in gold ink, floats above a richly textured backdrop that feels like worn leather and deep woods. The forest "floor" beneath it is built from leaf shaped cutouts of mushrooms, foliage, and the pale quiet of an early spring snow. Real pressed flowers push through the layers, bringing unexpected color and life to the shadows.

But somewhere tucked into this woodland scene — a bear waits to be found. Do you see him?

The hand-textured background gives this piece a canvas-like depth, warm and dimensional, the kind of surface that rewards a long look. Finished in a thicker upcycled 12.5"x 10.5" wooden frame that grounds the whole piece in something solid and natural.
